Security and Privacy

For privacy, security, or data access questions, include your agency name, account email, and a concise description of the request. Do not send evidence files or sensitive case details by email unless specifically instructed through a secure support process.

Existing users should sign in and use agency settings, staff controls, and security settings inside the product whenever possible.
