Security Posture

CaseCore is designed for professional agencies that need tenant isolation, controlled staff access, client-specific case links, file handling, and subscription-based workspace administration.

Agency owners should review staff roles, MFA expectations, billing access, client invite links, and evidence deletion permissions before opening the workspace to a larger team.

Privacy and Deletion Requests

Individuals may contact CaseCore to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information CaseCore controls. Requests involving agency-controlled case records may need to be handled with or by the agency customer that owns the workspace. Use the contact information above and include the subject line "Privacy Deletion Request" when possible.

United States and Canada Availability

CaseCore is currently offered for U.S.- and Canada-based agencies, users, clients, and investigative operations unless CaseCore gives written approval and appropriate country-specific privacy, security, and compliance terms are in place.

Authorized Professional Use

CaseCore is intended for professional agencies and legally authorized businesses. Agencies are responsible for obtaining, maintaining, renewing, and complying with every license, authorization, contract requirement, and professional obligation that applies to their work.

CaseCore may request agency license details during onboarding or in Agency Settings. Providing software access does not verify a license, create a license, or authorize work that would otherwise require licensing, consent, court authority, permissible purpose, or another legal basis.

Research Workspace

CaseCore includes a lawful research workspace for organizing publicly available research, saved sources, entities, notes, timelines, and relationships inside authorized cases. It is not a hacking, scraping, credential collection, surveillance, or platform-bypass tool.

CaseCore AI

CaseCore AI is designed as an optional, investigator-supervised assistant for case review, summaries, form drafting, missing-information checks, and report preparation. AI output is draft assistance only. Agencies remain responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and deciding whether any AI-assisted content is accurate, lawful, complete, and appropriate for client-facing use.

CaseCore AI does not issue investigative findings, legal advice, licensing decisions, accusations, or autonomous conclusions. Eligible plans may include monthly AI credits, and additional AI credits may be purchased through CaseCore's secure billing flow before heavier usage. AI features can be disabled, limited, or changed as needed for security, cost control, compliance, provider availability, and product quality.

CaseCore may use support tickets, system checks, self-healing events, approved feedback, and reliability records to improve product quality, detect data drift, and evaluate AI-assisted workflows. Risky changes involving billing, authentication, tenant isolation, infrastructure, legal work product, or customer data remain approval-controlled.

Switch Center and Migration Safety

Switch Center supports approved provider connections, guided export imports, customer-authorized file packages, support-assisted migration sessions, and CaseCore AI migration review. For prior software systems, CaseCore is designed around agency-controlled authorization, approved APIs where available, lawful exports, and automatic mapping instead of stored prior-system usernames or passwords.

Agencies remain responsible for exporting data lawfully, confirming they have the right to migrate the data, following applicable prior-system terms, reviewing import previews and skipped rows, and verifying migrated case, billing, evidence, staff, form, and note records before relying on them in business operations or client work. CaseCore does not authorize bypassing access controls, scraping systems without permission, or importing data the agency is not allowed to move.

QuickBooks Online and Accounting Connections

CaseCore may allow agency owners or authorized users to connect QuickBooks Online through Intuit OAuth. CaseCore does not ask for or store QuickBooks passwords. When an agency approves access, CaseCore may store encrypted Intuit tokens and use them only to support the agency's requested billing, invoice, payment, expense, time-entry, import, migration, and accounting handoff workflows.

QuickBooks data remains scoped to the connected agency workspace. CaseCore does not use QuickBooks data to train AI models, create general-purpose datasets, or improve models for other customers. Agencies may disconnect QuickBooks access from the Integrations page.

Promotions and Switch Offers

CaseCore may offer limited-time promotions, migration support offers, or switch incentives for eligible new customers. Unless CaseCore states otherwise in writing, promotional discounts apply only to the qualifying subscription, term, and billing interval shown at checkout and do not create a permanent price lock.

Promotions may be limited to new subscriptions, may require checkout before a published deadline, and may not combine with Founder pricing, annual billing, referral credits, verified price-match agreements, recovery offers, or other custom pricing arrangements unless CaseCore approves the combination in writing.

Referral Program

CaseCore may offer a referral program for current customers in good standing. Referral rewards are issued only as CaseCore account credits unless CaseCore states otherwise in writing. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not payable outside CaseCore.

CaseCore may review, deny, reverse, adjust, or withhold referral credits for self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, canceled accounts, ineligible referred customers, incompatible discount stacking, or activity that does not match the published program terms.

Audit Logs and Recovery Records

CaseCore may retain audit logs, security events, terms acceptance records, support activity, billing events, evidence actions, case activity, recovery holds, and backup records to protect agency workspaces, investigate suspicious activity, preserve security history, support evidence recovery, and meet legal or operational needs.

Self-Healing and Support Automation

CaseCore may run automated checks and limited repair workflows to detect and correct known safe data drift, such as missing metadata, stale import states, or configuration inconsistencies. These workflows are designed to preserve agency data and auditability, not to make unauthorized changes to case facts, evidence contents, billing decisions, legal work product, user passwords, or tenant-isolation controls.

Sensitive Case Records

Agencies may store sensitive case records only when they have authority to do so. Agencies remain responsible for confidentiality, consent, redaction, retention, limited access, client communications, and any special rules that apply to protected or sensitive information.

Support Channels

Product, billing, onboarding, privacy, and security questions should be sent through the contact information above. Do not email sensitive evidence files or full case packages unless CaseCore support specifically provides a secure process.

Platform Notice

CaseCore is provided as a professional software platform for agency operations. Agencies remain responsible for lawful use, staff access, client communications, and the records they create or store in the system.
